I turn complex engineering and sub-surface data into fast, interactive web tools that experts can trust while making real-time decisions. 14+ years building with Angular, WebGL and Three.js, and leading the teams that ship them.
Specialist in 3D + map integration: Babylon.js, Three.js and Google Maps, with live and sub-surface data.
Engineers who steer a drill bit, inspect a reservoir or review a model need a screen that is accurate, instant and easy to read. I build that front end. My focus is the hard part of the browser: large datasets, real-time sensor streams, and 2D log views and 3D scenes that stay smooth under load.
Today I work as a consultant on Angular applications for 2D, 3D and sub-surface visualization, backed by .NET Core microservices and Python/Julia data pipelines. Before that I was a Technical Manager and Technical Lead, so I'm as comfortable gathering requirements with clients and guiding a team as I am writing shader code.
What clients get: clear architecture, documented code, performance-minded engineering (Web Workers, multi-threading, profiling) and a developer who owns problems through to sign-off.

Sub-surface & Geosteering Visualization Platform
Role: Front-end architect and lead for the web application, owning the front-end architecture, layout and controls. Awards: Star of the Month (Nov 2021), Stellar Excellent Performer and Spot Award, L&T Technology Services. Domain: oil and gas drilling.
Challenge: Engineers need to read large volumes of sensor and geological data while a well is being drilled, and act on it quickly.
Designed and own the front-end architecture and application layout, deciding how the 2D and 3D views, controls and data flow fit together.
Built interactive 2D log and chart views and 3D sub-surface scenes in Angular with Babylon.js and GeoToolkit.
Render datasets of around a million data points in 3D by using Rust compiled to WebAssembly to process and prepare the data quickly, while the GPU draws the scene through WebGL.
Kept the interface responsive with multi-threaded, non-blocking processing.
Streams live data into the UI with WebSockets and SignalR, backed by .NET Core microservices; supported GIS and ETL work in Python.
Five years of hands-on work in the drilling domain, so the interface reflects how engineers actually think and decide.
Worked with engineers, testers and product owners in Agile sprints through to acceptance.

[Optional, if permitted: add a measurable result, e.g. load time cut by X%, data points handled, users supported.] Client details withheld.
Enginero: Web-Based BIM Model Viewer
Role: Front-End Architect, also Solution Architect and Technical Lead, at SrinSoft Technologies. Duration: 4 years 4 months, on a greenfield product. Domain: architecture, engineering and construction (BIM).
Designed and built the entire web front end from scratch for Enginero, a BIM collaboration platform for design coordination, 3D model federation and clash detection.
Created the browser-based 3D model viewer for BIM and CAD models with Angular and Three.js.
Owned front-end architecture, UI and user experience from first prototype to release, and contributed to the overall solution architecture and technical leadership of the team.
Worked closely with the back-end team across a .NET Core, Node.js and MongoDB stack, and used the Revit API to connect Revit models to the platform.
[Optional: add one result, e.g. model sizes handled, load time, customers or users.]
Role: Front-end developer (Senior Software Engineer) at Bahwan Cyber Tek. Domain: undersea cable and infrastructure asset management.
Built a 3D "fly-through" with Babylon.js: the camera travels along the cable route like a roller-coaster ride, so engineers can inspect the cable and the seabed around it.
Kept the 3D view in sync with a Google Map: a marker follows the camera's position along the route in real time.
Rendered sub-surface survey data in 3D, including sonar scans and bathymetric (seabed depth) data.
Built 2D charts and data views with D3.js inside an AngularJS application.
[Optional: add one result, e.g. dataset size or route length handled.]
Placed 3D wind turbine models at their exact latitude and longitude on Google Maps terrain.
Spun each turbine's blades in real time and changed their speed to follow the live rotor speed and wind speed data streamed from the turbines.
Combined Babylon.js 3D graphics with Google Maps terrain data in an AngularJS application.
[Optional: add one result, e.g. number of turbines or sites shown at once.]

RAILSIM X: Rail Network Simulator & Control Line Generator
Role: Front-end and simulation developer (Senior Software Engineer) at Maples Imaging Solution, for SYSTRA's RAILSIM X suite. Domain: rail and transit.
Built the web-based Network Simulator module: a rail network runs in a simulated environment, with run-time animation of trains moving along the network.
Developed core simulation engine logic in JavaScript so engineers can test design, equipment and operating changes before they are built.
Built the Control Line Generator module.
Recognised with the Wall of Fame award for the project (August 2015).
[Add libraries or rendering approach (e.g. SVG/Canvas), and one result if you can.]
